About this house rental
Relax at our newly renovated peaceful mountain home. High speed internet with work station set up. In-unit laundry and dryer. 5 min walk to Georgetown lake or historical downtown. Close to hiking, fishing, rafting, and climbing. Copper Mnt, Keystone, Abasin and Loveland skiing resorts are all within 15-30 min drive. If hiking, fishing or skiing is not on your playlist, you can also try stargazing near the Square Top Trail head in the summer, or snowshoeing around Guanella Pass in the winter. The playground is right behind the house and your opportunity to explore is endless.

The location of this duplex is great for getting to downtown Georgetown, where there are plenty of cute shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked to allow for cooking nearly anything. The check-in process was super easy, and the building was easy to find, even in the dark. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of access to towels, soap, etc.Based on other reviews, I expected this place to be cleaner than it was. Maybe it was an off-day for the cleaners, but the floor appeared to not have been swept, there were strands of hair in multiple places (shower/tub, in the bedsheets, etc.). Luckily, the broom and vacuum were accessible for our stay. To add constructive feedback, I would suggest that there be another mirror somewhere in the house, as the only one there now is in the right bathroom. With more than one person, it makes for a difficult time getting ready simultaneously.
