About this house rental
The vacation home "Alpin Chalet Samer" in Sarentino/Sarnthein is one of the oldest and best preserved buildings in the area and has been carefully restored and revitalized with great respect. The three-storey accommodation consists of a total of 3 residential units, each offering a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, and a total of 7 bedrooms with space for 16 people. Please note: when booking the entire property, the ground floor apartment is accessed via a separate outdoor entrance. Each unit is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a work area for home office, underfloor heating, and a Smart TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces, and 2 balconies. The accommodation offers an ideal location for various sporting activities in the Sarntal Alps. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A parking lot is available on the property, and further free parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to reach. This accommodation has recycling rules; further information is available on site.
A shuttle service to and from Bolzano airport can be organized for an extra fee (up to 8 people per trip). Shuttle services to and from Bolzano train station, as well as to and from Verona and Innsbruck airports, can also be organized on request. Guests receive the Sarntal Valley Card, which includes free use of all public transport services in South Tyrol, one free admission to more than 90 museums, guided hikes, free entrance to the public swimming pool (from the beginning of June to the beginning of September), and many more benefits. The accommodation has a storage room for bicycles as well as a ski depot.

Pros: The location, the spacious house and the historical ambiance. The house had a large living room which fitted all, so that we could easily spend time together. Equipped with all we needed, included toys for the kids.
Cons: It was a bit unpractical that the ground floor apartment was not connected indoors to the rest of the house, when we rented the whole house. But in the end it was not a large problem.

We had a family Xmas there. Beautifully restored chalet. Was a wonderful place to stay.
