This property is professionally managed by 808 Maui Vacation Rentals, an associated division of Keller Williams Realty Maui - License RB-21851. Our on-island team will provide a complimentary basic starter set of home amenities like dish detergent and pods, laundry detergent, and paper kitchen towels, in addition to a bathroom starter kit containing a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soap massage bars, and toilet paper. Please consider that our amenities are only starter kits and are not meant to last for the entire length of multi-day stays. Please consider shopping for your preferred amenities for an extended stay after you have settled in. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers for your stay. We have a specific allocation of those beach items for each unit; additional beach items can be rented from nearby beach rental shops or delivery services. A roll-in bed can be reserved upon request for an additional surcharge. Our reservations hotline is available to all 808 Maui Vacation Rentals guests during our regular office hours and at nighttime to assist with late-evening check-ins upon request.

The best thing about this condo is the location. It’s right on Kamaole Beach II, and the property has a path at the back that goes directly to the beach. The beach isn’t crowded, and it’s convenient to be so close as we could run up to the condo when we needed something. The condo has some beach chairs for guests to use, but the beach umbrella was broken, and the beach mats were torn.The inside of the condo is very cute, and the kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook any meals. The living room and bedrooms are very comfortable, but we had to keep the windows open since there isn’t any a/c. One of the negatives about the condo is that it’s very hard to sleep in the front bedroom because it’s very loud outside, and you can hear everything since the windows need to be open to keep it cool inside. The loading/unloading area is directly below the unit, so I heard people arriving late at night with their luggage and also leaving early in the morning with their luggage. I could hear the luggage being rolled, car trunks slamming closed, people talking and car alarms being set. The trash area is also directly below the unit so we got an early morning wake up from the trash truck one morning. My cousin slept in the back bedroom and didn’t hear any of this noise.All in all, we had a great stay but I would have preferred a quieter unit.

The views were exceptional! Great access to the beach. The appliances are a bit outdated, but functional. We did find the floors and counters to be dirtier than expected. We also were fond of the kitten that was on the property. My children decided to call him Pepeno.
