Cozy 1-bedroom house in delightful Weymouth with AC, WiFi

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The location was ideal for us. It was convenient to all the Boston South Shore restaurants, parks, and beaches, and the MBTA ferries into Boston and the harbor islands. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and assisted us in navigating the extensive streaming options available to us. We highly recommend this rental.

This is perfect if you want a quiet neighborhood feel in your choice of stay. I love the view of the woods off the deck. The place is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the south shore and to Boston. Keeping this one in my list!

Another wonderful stay at Rofleza's place! My son and I love spending time at this spot, and he especially loves the playground out back. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

The check in process was smooth with good communication about it and easy, free parking. Linens were clean. The location was what I needed, but this is absolutely not a "cozy one bedroom house." While there is a separate entrance, there is only a door separating this upstairs area from the rest of the house where you can hear everything going on downstairs. It would be more appropriate to call this a private area in a shared house. The carpets were worn and could use a deep clean. The "kitchenette" is not at all functional. The faucet on the sink is too big which causes water to easily spray out of the sink when attempting to wash any dishes. There is no counter space to actually use any of the appliances provided. There was a coffee maker, but not coffee.
