Rofleza is a wonderful host and her place is SO cute. Spacious, clean, bright, and cozy! My little one and I loved our time spent here, and will definitely be back in the future.

The check in process was smooth with good communication about it and easy, free parking. Linens were clean. The location was what I needed, but this is absolutely not a "cozy one bedroom house."
While there is a separate entrance, there is only a door separating this upstairs area from the rest of the house where you can hear everything going on downstairs. It would be more appropriate to call this a private area in a shared house. The carpets were worn and could use a deep clean. The "kitchenette" is not at all functional. The faucet on the sink is too big which causes water to easily spray out of the sink when attempting to wash any dishes. There is no counter space to actually use any of the appliances provided. There was a coffee maker, but not coffee.
