Set within over 2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with a large feature pond, garden sculptures, multiple seating areas and BBQ, the setting is as enchanting as the home itself. Inside, the cottage is finished to an exceptional standard with high-spec fixtures, fittings and craftsmanship throughout. Much thought has been put into ensuring a light and airy space, with floor to ceiling windows and skylights aplenty.

The stunning kitchen is equipped with premium AGA appliances, a second electric oven & 2 ring hob, hot water tap, wine fridge and coffee machine, plus a separate utility room for your convenience. You'll also find a breakfast bar and dining area. After cooking up delicious meals, retire into one of three inviting living rooms. In the warmer months, enjoy the open-plan living room attached to the kitchen. Kitted out with a large smart TV and expansive bi-fold doors allowing you to gaze out at the expansive feature pond. Next door, the other cosy living rooms are perfect for winter nights, both with electric stoves and one with a smart TV.

Upstairs, two luxurious bedrooms, 1 super king and 1 king await, each with ensuite bathrooms and wall-mounted smart TVs. You'll find ample clothes storage and a dressing table too. A detached outbuilding across the courtyard adds flexibility. Complete with its own kitchenette, lounge with large smart TV and bookshelf speakers, kingsize bedroom and ensuite, it's well-suited to those needing a bit of privacy. It's also all on one level so may be a good option for those with mobility limitations, though please be aware the entrance is not completely flat.

Please take care to preserve the garden. It has been carefully maintained to create a tranquil space, and it is unsuitable for ball games or similar activities.
Any damages to the garden, plants or ornaments will be charged for.
