You will feel like a King or Queen in our beautiful luxury home and to top it off our location is superb. You will find yourself within minutes from the Civic Center, Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square with endless dining and shopping options. There are miles of walking and biking trails with access to Chaparral Park across Hayden Road. There is also grocery shopping and eateries within blocks.

This home really has it all but is not very childproof/friendly. It has a great floor plan that has an open feel with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath that sleeps 4. The living room has a couch and large flat screen 54” TV. Just off the living room is the arcadia door that leads you to the wrap around private patio. Be sure to make some time to BBQ on the gas grill and enjoy some outdoor entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs for a great night in. It includes stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The dining Room seats 6 and is just off the kitchen in between the kitchen and living room. Don’t go home with dirty laundry there is a washer and dryer in the garage for your use.
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, dresser, arcadia door that leads to the backyard and a private master bathroom with double sinks and fabulous snail walk in shower none like I’ve ever seen! The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and TV. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.
There are 2 community Pools. The West pool is just 2 doors down and features restrooms, lounge chairs, tables and a cabana for your enjoyment. Many like to use this area for quiet reading, sunning and relaxing! The East side pool is great for guests who wish to use the expansive pool and jacuzzi. There is plenty of poolside space for lounging. This pool is heated year-round.
Need to hit the gym while away. This is not a problem. There is a community fitness center that is air conditioned, spacious and well equipped with up to date equipment, exercise balls, weights and plenty of floor space.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Laguna San Juan was one of the BEST homes we have stayed in while in Scottsdale. Bernie, Property Manager is always available. The place has everything you need in the kitchen. It's the quietist and safest neighborhood ever, They have a garage attached and laundry in the garage. The furniture and beds are so comfortable. We give this place 5 Stars. The decorations are gorgeous and 1st class.

This town home is everything and more than the pictures. The home is immaculate and spacious. Beautifully decorated (I need tips from the owner on how to decorate my place like this) and modern amenities and technology.
The location is nice and quiet and you can easily get to a nearby park to walk, run or bike. There is also a shopping center close by to stock the fridge.
I had a small difficulty with putting on the AC but Berne from iTrip Scottsdale was super helpful and quick to reply to all questions. He was also helpful and super responsive while booking the home.
Definitely recommend iTrips and this town-home!

When booking accommodation it is always on the back of your mind, will this be a good experience well I must say you should put put all your worries behind you on this one. The place met all our expectations and more the iTrip representative was excellent responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely consider returning.
