Newly furnished and decorated. Comfortable family room with reclining couch and a reclining love seat with a 65" flat screen TV. Newly updated kitchen with table for 4 and patio access. Spare bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and 2 spacious closets. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser, patio access, a large walk in closet, with a nice size area leading into the master bath with tub and shower. Hall bathroom is newly updated with a beautiful walk in shower. Covered patio is nice and private with a grill for your use and a table for 4. Walk to the pool is very close. 1 dedicated covered parking location and visitor parking.

This was our second stay in this lovely, well appointed condo. The location is perfect for us. The kitchen has new appliances. There is an abundance of consumable supplies. Best of all, the owner communicates immediately if we have a question.

The property was well furnished, clean, well stocked, the owner was very attentive to our needs and comfort with excellent and helpful communications and the location was perfect for our needs with walking access to the canal, Old Town, the Fashion Mall, nearby restaurants and groceries. We would definitely return.

The property is well located. It is also stocked with an abundance of disposable items. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and serving pieces. The owner was eager to communicate in response to questions that arose.
Our stay was uneventful and delightful!

This was our second time staying at this property. You can't beat the location in the heart of Old Town. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Arizona.
