The apartment is located as the upper level of a freestanding garage and is very peaceful with a deck that has views of Downtown Tempe. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath apt is pet friendly, 850SF and has it's own private parking area for two vehicles. Centrally located in the Valley, it has quick access to many great areas in Tempe, Phoenix & Scottsdale including 10 minutes from the airport.

The home was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to ASU and groceries. Troy was great at communicating with quick responses. We would love to come back again next year.

We had a great stay here!The space was comfortable and well laid out. Basic kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, which was fine since there are so many places to eat out for dinner. The location was great - close to everything but far from the busier main streets.Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great. Wonderful host as well!Note: there was no winery and we have no idea why it showed up in the attributes to be rated. Our host nicely gifted us a bottle of wine, so used that as the basis for the winery five stars!

A very cute, updated second floor apartment with great proximity to ASU’s campus! Room for parking and two bathrooms a plus! Many amenities including coffee maker, espresso maker, and some local IPAs to welcome us! Very clean accommodations! Troy was a great host!
