The apartment is located as the upper level of a freestanding garage and is very peaceful with a deck that has views of Downtown Tempe. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath apt is 850SF and has it's own private parking area for two vehicles. Centrally located in the Valley, it has quick access to many great areas in Tempe, Phoenix & Scottsdale including 10 minutes from the airport.

Super clean property, close to ASU, perfect for a small group!

Overall cute place, well stocked and clean. Nice location, got to and from everything easily. The unit says it has a washer and dryer but did not see them in the unit. We stayed for 4 nights so we did not need to do laundry but the host was very hospitable and I should have asked. I would stay here again!
