Come and discover our elegant house in the heart of Le Pouliguen, a true refuge of tranquility. Recently renovated with care, it combines modern comfort, complete equipment and elegant decoration. You will appreciate the proximity of the beach, the port and the market, all within walking distance! Enjoy moments of relaxation in the enclosed garden or in the spacious living room bathed in light. Perfect for one or two families, this house is designed for a rejuvenating holiday.
On the first floor, you will arrive in a beautiful entrance with elegant curves leading to a large living room bathed in light, open to the garden, with a modern and very well equipped kitchen. A practical bathroom for returning from the beach (shower and toilet) as well as a laundry area with washing machine and dryer complete this floor.
On the first floor, three bedrooms await you: the first has a shower room and toilet, a teleworking area and a 180 cm x 200 cm bed. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm x 200 cm beds and storage space.
You will also find a bathroom, a shower room, a toilet and to relax, a cocooning TV lounge with a cosy sofa.
You will also appreciate the TV lounge, an ideal space for children to relax in front of a movie that gives access to a large dormitory that will delight children! (Please note that there is no safety gate for toddlers.) A real cabin!
