Summary:
3-Bedroom 3-Bath Townhouse Unit 1. Constructed in August of 2016, these townhouse style 3-bedroom, 3-bath units are tucked up against Watkins Glen State Park. Unit 1 sleeps 10 guests in queen beds made up with fresh linens for your arrival. The three full bathrooms, one on the first floor and two on the second, are stocked with clean towels and washcloths.
The living/dining area has comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with a large cable channel selection and a dining table with seating for 6. The full kitchen has basic cookware, dishes, glasses and flatware.
Located in a quiet, wooded area, Watkins Glen State Park is literally our back yard. It is a short walk to the main park entrance and the downtown area and less than a mile to Seneca Lake. Easy check in with code for entry provided prior to your arrival. Each suite is allowed to park 2 cars on the property, please plan ahead as any additional cars will need to utilize street parking downtown.

Watkins Glen has a little bit of everything: A beautiful state park, scenic lakes, wineries, a lovely downtown for shopping and dining, parks with playgrounds and swimming.
Getting Around:
Much of what Watkins Glen has to offer is within walking distance. Transportation within Watkins Glen State Park is available for a nominal fee, and arrangements can be made for transportation for wine tours and other events by visiting the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce website

Kitchen not well equipped with pots . Remotes for fans and splits did not work in some rooms .

Kitchen had pretty much everything needed - ours didnt have a sheet pan and the strainer wss very small. The 3 large bedrooms with bathroom wer great however there were no dressers to put things away. We had to live out of the suitcases. Our AC units were broken so there were window ACs which due to the window, bugs were able to get in. Although it looked clean, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were not scubbed clean and there were stains on the rugs. There were also spider webs between bed frame and beds.

The property is well maintained, very clean and spacious. Within walking distance to watkins flenn state park and restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to main avenue and shops. The photos do not show how spacious this place really is. Extremely clean and i would recommend and stay here again

We enjoyed the town and surroundings, especially the hike through Watkins Glen, but not so much the accommodations. The main floor was cement and the rooms smelled musty. The mattresses and linens looked like they came from a cheap hotel. We left a day early because it was raining and we couldn't stand being cooped up in a dark, musty apt all day.

"Great location! Walking distance to downtown Watkins Glen and an even shorter walk to the Gorge trails. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Definitely a do-over!"
