3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Townhouse Unit 5. Constructed in August of 2016, these townhouse style 3-bedroom, 3-bath units are tucked up against Watkins Glen State Park. Unit 5 sleeps 10 guests in queen beds made up with fresh linens for your arrival. The three full bathrooms, one on the first floor and two on the second, are stocked with clean towels and washcloths.
The living/dining area has comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with a large cable channel selection and a dining table with seating for 6. The full kitchen has basic cookware, dishes, glasses and flatware. Easy check in with code for entry supplied prior to your arrival.
Located in a quiet, wooded area, Watkins Glen State Park is literally our back yard. It is a short walk to the main park entrance and the downtown area and less than a mile to Seneca Lake.Each suite is allowed to park 2 cars on the property, please plan ahead as any additional cars will need to utilize street parking downtown.

The Neighborhood:
Watkins Glen is a vibrant town with something to offer everyone. This property close to the town's main street, and walking distance to Watkins Glen State Park and convenient to Seneca Lake and the Village Marina. Walk the main street and visit the town's wide variety of shops and restaurants, or make the short drive to Watkins Glen International Speedway or the numerous wineries. Clute Park on Seneca Lake has a great area for picnics, grilling and a sand beach for swimming. Hike the gorge trails in Watkins Glen State park or spend the day at the olympic size swimming pool. The shores of Seneca and other nearby lakes are ringed with wineries, breweries, distilleries and boutique shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Much of what Watkins Glen has to offer is within walking distance. Transportation within Watkins Glen State Park is available for a nominal fee, and arrangements can be made for transportation for wine tours and other events by visiting the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce website

The home was clean & comfy. Could use some more seating in living area, maybe a lamp in the corner for a bit more lighting. But great stay overall! Awesome to have more than 1 bathroom! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Situated on a hill, but nearby everything we needed. Super easy check in/out. Quick response when we contacted the property manager. Only draw back is the limited parking. Unit is accessible for someone who uses a walker, but no grab bars in the bathroom to assist there. Which wasn't an issue for us, just something we notice as healthcare workers. Would definitely stay again!

We had 4 guys stay for a long, end of February weekend. Had zero problems finding the unit, checking in/out.Place was exactly what you see on the VRBO site..No problem walking from this place to all the great spots in Watkins Glen. Definitely will book again!
