Just a short stroll from iconic Brunswick Street, you’ll be surrounded by cafes, vintage stores, bars, galleries, and local markets. Whether you're exploring the art-filled laneways, enjoying a live gig, or brunching at a local institution, you’ll find Fitzroy full of energy and character. Public transport is close by, making it easy to explore the rest of Melbourne too.
Sorry, there is no allocated parking for this property, there is however paid parking nearby and timed on street parking.
Available for short and long term stays.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
