Stairs from foyer and to bedrooms . But would recommend it. Bathroom ensuite had continuous malodour

It was comfortable and well located. It was handy to have a car space available however. The communications were responsive and helpful which was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The system of picking up the keys at a different location was a bit inconvenient especially if you are travelling with suitcases. There was a noticeable sewage smell that emanated from the master bedroom ensuite. The internet wifi was very slow.

1/ The house is very spacious, with a complete living room, kitchen, and a luxurious balcony. The balcony even has barbecue equipment available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, including a Chinese wok, which is very satisfying. 2/ Each room has its own wardrobe for hanging clothes, which is very convenient, and the beds are also very comfortable. 3/ The WiFi in the house is excellent. 4/ Customer service responds very efficiently and, when possible, offered us a late check-out service. 5/ The bathroom shower area has excellent waterproofing, with no water leakage, and the drainage is very good. 6/ It is very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

1/ It is recommended that guests staying for a longer period prepare enough shampoo, body wash, trash bags, toilet paper, and other supplies themselves, as only one-time-use amenities are provided here. 2/ It is recommended to wear shoes when walking on the balcony to avoid injury.

the apartment was nice.

The agency that were looking after the property - we didn't find them very accommodating. Everything was always on their terms. The pick up and drop off point for the keys to the property was located a 10-15 minute walk away. With suitcases and rain this was super inconvenient and the distance was was not explained before hand. No flexibility to move from 10am check out to 11am checkout on a Sunday or for luggage storage, even through the place wasn't booked that night we checked out. I just felt the Airkeeper agency treated us us like a number not a guest. Whether that's reflective of the owners themselves, I don't know.
