About this house rental
Wake up and smell the fresh lake and mountain air from this comfortable and cosy original kiwi bach. Lovely lake views from the kitchen and lounge with a safe, sandy, swimming beach right at the end of the lawn.
Heat pump ensures the house is nice and warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer to keep you cool if required.
If you want a holiday where you can fish, waterski, snow ski, swim, close to great walking tracks, ten minutes from hot pools, get some peace and quiet, do lots of relaxing and reading - then look no further.
Plenty of room for tents on the front lawn and parking for a boat and a couple of cars. Boat ramp at the end of the driveway.

your check out time as you may be able to check out later if no one
coming in same day. Pets are allowed, however, PLEASE KEEP PETS OFF
FURNITURE, ESPECIALLY WET PETS! Smoking outside. A cleaning fee is

Lovely to be so close to the beach and ramp; nice homely bach with lovely big living room and deck, v clean kitchen and bath. Laid back, relaxing, much loved bach. Nice walks & beach & river. New shower, washing machine and dryer; old oven. Bring your own linen, towels, books (bach books mostly good for rugby fans), games, jigsaws. Parking ok for 8m boat, 3 small and 1 large car. Street rubbish & recycling collected early Monday; rubbish bag stickers 3 from local shop.

The heaters in the bedroom didn't work. House is uninsulated, so not good for winter. Dog exercise area was fantastic. The lighting in the lounge was terrible for reading and knitting, which we did a lot of when the TV reception failed on our last night. The kitchen lighting was also pretty bad. I don't remember if the property description said that there was no WIFI, but there wasn't. That would have been okay if we'd been able to read or knit in the evening, but the lighting prevented that. And the mattress in the main bedroom was way past its use-by date.
