We had trouble getting in and had to request a new code for the door. I was not impressed with the email and text tones. You could not get in until EXACTLY 4 pm, which we couldn’t because the code didn’t work. Then there was a message about the fobs. How there are 6 ( because that is the # of people that can stay there ) and if any were missing it would charge our card 50 each. There were 2 missing and I immediately sent an email and text to make sure our card wasn’t charged. It would seem like the cleaning crew would have assessed that and reported if any were missing. Then before checkout an email was sent if the unit needed “extra” cleaning they would take pictures and charge my card. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have never stayed somewhere that “spoke” to guests in this manner. The condo was cleaned and I took pictures. Also the toilet in the master bathroom almost overflowed before we left early this morning, way before our check out time.

Beach view is amazing. It was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen had what we needed except basic staples like cooking spray, salt and pepper. They give you one tiny bottle of hand soap which wasn't enough for us, so we had to go buy a bottle of hand soap and then pack it out to bring it home. it would be nice to have one of those little bottles for each sink. this was communicated in the listing but you don't know how much you will actually get. We also needed more toilet paper. We were there Sun.-Friday. There was also some very loud construction noises coming from another unit. At times we could not even converse. We were out on the beach or exploring the town a lot but when you come back you would hope you will have a quiet place to relax. The construction noises were not something that was communicated and I emailed the help email and did not get a response. that is why we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

The condo was great, beautiful view from the balcony.The elevator was fast to the 9th floor, property wasn't crowded.The bed in the master suite could benefit from a mattress topper as it was hard and flat.The hot tub was was only warm, never truly hot. The last few days it was cold water. The indoor outdoor pool was a hit with kids!

Place was great, just enough space for 3 of us in the room. The condo was clean and nice furniture. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Cons:Master bedroom is hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. The dishwasher leaks when being used. The pool is very small.
