The unit was exactly as described. View from balcony was perfect. Kitchen was small but not used much. Problem in one of the bathrooms but received a response immediately. Only drawback was that the pool was very small.

The location was RIGHT on the beach with no boardwalk which was a plus for sure.
Wish the beach chair rentals were the ones we've had in the past that are wider with cushions. These were ok for front tanning but very difficult for laying on your stomach. Better than nothing though. It was well appointed from a decor standpoint. However, the cleaning supplies used leave an odd smell and they don't have any other products to tidy up and wipe down the glass table and counter. The Kitchen has flat ware, plates, pans etc. but No coffee filters or even a cardboard shaker of salt and pepper. You will need to buy all that and hand soap for the bathrooms. Plan on purchasing extra TP since there is only one per bath. The pricing seems reasonable but you'll need to spend your time and money on items to just function. My vaca time is rare and I would rather not spend it purchasing items that our previous condo included. We would have gone back for our 5th year but it sold. You can tell this is owned by a corporation and not an individual. The little things make a big difference.
However, the check in, departure, and follow up is good.
