Nicely remodeled high unit with great views. We liked the location in the building specifically wanting to be up high, see more of the inter waters vs. the outlet to the gulf, bridge and road. Perfect for us. Dolphins playing just below us every day, sunrise and sunset from our unit (this time of year) were treats. Biked, kayaked and explored every day. Perfect Birthday Vacation.

The king size mattress was uncomfortable due to one side being very very soft and sheets would not stay on properly. And the TV Xfinity in bedroom did not work. Otherwise very satisfied with this condo & it’s decorated very beachy! Speaking of beach, very clean & private!! Flippers restaurant is very good & in walking distance from LKBC.

We had such a great time! The building was extremely well maintained and very clean! This unit was recently renovated and they did a great job! Owner was great to work with and beach and views were awesome! Thank you!

We stayed here for a week, so awesome! The weather was a little warm but I can't say enough about this condo. Perfect location, private quiet beach, including chairs and tiki umbrellas. Very romantic. We walked under the bridge to Lovers Key State Park every day. We also watched the Dolphins play right from our patio! Safe gated community. Condo #1104 is recently updated, beautifully decorated along with a fantastic kitchen with everything needed! It also has great grills to cook up fresh fish or steaks to eat at the outside dining area. We can't wait to go back. My wife still talks about this paradise and wants to go back as soon as we can. Best vacation ever!
