This 12th-floor condo offers breathtaking views you won’t regret. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. Fully furnished and stocked with starter supplies, it’s located on the quiet south end of Ft. Myers Beach. The lanai overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, and you’ll enjoy access to a private white sandy beach perfect for fishing or relaxing. Take a stroll through nearby Lovers Key State Park, known for its beautiful shelling. The one-bedroom unit features a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper, along with two flat-screen TVs, kitchen utensils, and appliances. The building includes a large heated pool and four grills. Laundry facilities are available in the lobby, accepting credit and debit cards.

The building is well maintained and pool was very nice. Nice to have laundry available. Private beach is so nice to have and to be able to walk the beach to Lover’s Key is great! The view is perfect! Love it!

Beautiful 12th floor condo on FMB with the most amazing view. Very safe, clean & comfortable. . Enjoyed every moment of our stay, private beach, pool, and long walks on our Lovers Key beach. Nearby Flippers dining. Exceeded expectations!

We loved the view from the balcony! Unfortunately, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property, the inadequate kitchen and some maintenance problems. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and spent an hour cleaning before we unpacked. The property needs a new coffee maker and toaster. The screen was ripped, the screen door jammed and two drapes need fixing. We were surprised by the construction noise also.
