The unique character of the Tower Apartments was obtained thanks to the connection of the historic water tower (1902), modern architecture and a great location on the Raduń Lake.
Apartment 34 is one of the most unique in the entire investment. A 3 level flat is entirely located in the historical water tower. Round walls of red brick, beautiful spiral stairs combined with modern equipment create a unique character of this apartment. An independent entrance ensures the privacy and comfort of our guests. A 300 m garden with a view of the lake remains exclusive to our visitors.
For our guests there is a fully equipped kitchen, a unique seating area, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and 3 bedrooms. Beds in the bedrooms can be set as double or as a twin arrangement plus there is sofa bed in the living room.
Apartamenty Wieza is located on a hill above the shore of Lake Raduń, among a 100-year-old forest. At the same time, it is located in the city center. This unique location provides a perfect view of Lake Raduń and the city skyline, and from the upper floors also to the Zamkowe Lake. 100 m from the property's border is the seasonal tavern with the town beach and water equipment rental.
We can reach the city center by short walk along the promenade along the shore of the lake. Within a few minutes' walk there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets. At a distance of 2 km is the Central Sports Center "Bukowina". You can get there by a forest path along the lake (walk, by bike) or by road. On the spot there is a swimming pool with a water park, playgrounds, tennis courts, equipment rental, rehabilitation and wellness centre. In the area of Wałcz there are many attractions, including the famous fortifications from the Second World War or the bison reserve
