About this house rental
Pretty villa of 128 m2 with private pool and gym, very comfortable with great amenities.
Located 500 meters walk from the beach and the town center of Grau du roi, private parking in front of the villa.
Garden of 400 m2 landscaped in exoticism with 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, deckchairs and garden furniture available.
The veranda facing the pool is in two parts, with its gym, indoor garden furniture and plancha. The view of the pool and the salt ponds make it a pleasant setting.
Great services:
Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have a view of the salt flats, (and sometimes the presence of pink flamingos) they offer the possibility of 6 beds maximum, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor: a large living room of 32 m2 with open kitchen,
and a toilet.
A veranda of 28 m2 including the gym with a connected rowing machine, an elliptical bike, a power plate, sports balls.
Equipment available:
Fiber wifi internet, large flat screen TV 168 cm.
A bedroom equipped with a flat screen TV, a 140 cm bed
The second, a bed in 140, the third a bench offering a bed in 160. Sheets and household linen are provided on request. ( Sheets: 20 euros per bed, set of 2 bath towels: 15 euros per person. For babies possibility to provide a travel cot: 5 euros per night)
The kitchen is equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc ...
