Phoenix VI (Location, Location, Location) has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and wide white-sand beaches on its south side, and to the north is Cotton Bayou. It is close to wonderful restaurants (10 within ½ mile), great grocery stores, drug stores, shops, beauty salons, and medical facilities. It's within walking distance of two marinas as well.
Phoenix VI has indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor racquetball court, an exercise room, saunas and hot tubs. Additionally, it has lighted, outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor basketball goal.
The lobby features a television, a sitting area with a library, and game tables.
Condo 61202 at Phoenix VI is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps four on the 12th floor; it has 9-foot ceilings with crown molding. It is comfortably and eloquently furnished with large tile flooring, 2 flat-screen TV's and DVD players and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has new mattress set. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a view of the beach and Gulf. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. The private balcony has a table and four chairs. To the east is a view of the swimming pool and Perdido Pass, to the south the beach and Gulf, to the west over two miles of beach and Gulf.

This property was clean and comfortable. We love being able to look out at the beach from our balcony and knowing it has quick easy access! My only complaint was the tub drain, it was extremely slow, and I ended up standing in several inches of water at the end of my shower.

Nicely-decorated, clean, comfy condo with breathtaking views of the ocean on the 12th floor!!! Great-sized balcony to relax or eat, and take in the view, ocean sounds, breeze, etc. Our family of 4 loved it all! Both beds were super-comfortable and we slept soundly. Pull-out sleeper sofa had a nice thick memory foam mattress. Kitchen was fully-stocked with essentials. The only thing is that the teflon pan needs to be replaced-it was worn out. Walmart neighborhood market is nearby for groceries, etc. Overall, Everything was A+! Thank you so much for a great OBA stay! Would return back to this same condo.

It was a good layout. The property was nice and well kept. The inside of the Condo was old and dated. Everything was leopard print from the shower curtain to the coffee cups. The kitchen was not very well stocked. But was clean and comfortable.
