Our beach house has a spacious open floor plan, dining table & countertop seating. All kitchen needs covered! Queen bed, and 2 Full beds, 2 full baths (shower & bathtub). Linens included! Paper towel and toilet paper to get you started (and walking distance to full service grocery store). WiFi. TVs in each room including cable. DVD & VHS, books, games, beach toy essentials.

Everything was clean & well taken care of. We had such a great time & would gladly stay again. I have marked this as a favorite. Just some notes I did go purchase an extra fan for the livingroom seemed to help keep it cooler during the day & to cool down in the evening so just in case you have an extra on hand. I also have a small air fryer that we took & used instead of the stove/oven to help keep it cooler (use for travel sports seasons). But this is usually not a big issue but with the heat index it was 105 plus the entire time we were there. The beds sleep great & card/board games on hand for rainy days. One more thing the door lock read the instructions to make sure you lock the door it worked great but previous renter did not lock. Conch Cafe we eat there every visit & highly recommend. National House of Pancakes (I HP) we tried everyone raved about, was good but more of an experience (very kid friendly balloons, cotton candy, rock candy or rubber duck on tops of their drinks) just in case you’re a family on a budget it is pricey. So people know especially if you rented from other OSV previously. There are no keycards provided you do have to purchase one w/ the car tag for 30 each & then a small refund is mailed back to you when returned. can also get one to the Gym which I think was 30 & same as above. Owners were great sent messages throughout our stay checking on things. You did great w/ this property & loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back & enjoy/relax again
