Villas at Sunset Beach is located in Seacrest, FL and nestled between Aly's Beach & Rosemary on the beachside of 30A. This location is fantastic and within steps to the beach. Guests will enjoy easy access to the community gulf front pool along with convenient access to family friendly restaurants and shopping.

We welcome 1 small dog to stay in this home. An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350.
INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Incredible experience! My wife, mother in law, and our 7 month old stayed in the home. Exactly as advertised and excellent communication and accommodation by Panhandle Getaways. We would absolutely stay here again!
