Located on the 6th floor, this beautifully positioned 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and offers incredible views in every direction.
From the kitchen, living room, and private balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, while the bedroom overlooks the lagoon and resort pool.
Inside the condo you'll find:
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit
• Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so everyone can stream their favorite shows
• Large 70” Smart TV in the living area with cable, Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps
• Comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cooking essentials
• Dining table for four plus additional bar seating
The master bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and beautiful lagoon views. The bathroom includes a modern, updated shower, and for added convenience the condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer located in the hallway.
🚗 Parking & Policies
• Parking passes are purchased onsite through the association
• Boat and trailer parking requires a separate $20 pass
• Linens are provided (please bring your own beach towels)
• Starter supplies included: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present valid photo ID at check-in
• No smoking / No pets

We had a great stay and the property was very nice. The only problem was the sliding glass door would not stay closed as the latch was broken.

Upon arrival at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club, I took off my sandals and immediately noticed a considerable amount of sand on floors. No broom was available, so I wet a face cloth and wiped a small area in main room and it was filthy with dirt. It made me wonder when the last time it had been mopped. It was very gross! The rest of the condo was very clean.
I did not contact Poole Vacation Rentals (property managers) immediately as I should have. I waited a day and half. In any case I emailed Angila Sarvold (who is in charge of housecleaning for Poole - ) about the condition of the floors and in reply received an unprofessional response. I can provide email exchange if needed. In the future I will definitely try to avoid renting any more vacation properties thru Poole or those that use Gleam Team housekeeping.

Our stay was okay. However, the bathroom door lock did not work, nor did the bathroom ventilator. Also we could not figure out how to watch live streaming tv in the bedroom.
