Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 301A is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the lagoon. The unit is approximately 550 sq ft with a limited view of the gulf from the living room balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with separate area for washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo; efficiency style unit.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet is a 9 story building at its highest peak located 3.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores with deeded beach access directly across the street and a private boardwalk to the beach. Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet has a lush landscaped lagoon side outdoor pool area, kiddie pool, hot tub, pier, boat launch, tennis, shuffleboard, and BBQ/picnic area. There is a 1 car limit. Parking pass must be purchased by guest at the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Front Desk On-site Office. 3 night minimum year round.

We are very satisfied with our room. It was exactly what we needed it to be for our small family getaway. The room was very clean. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings. I was especially happy to have access to shopping carts and the elevator to make loading and unloading easier! The other guests were very friendly and it was a great place for a family vacation.
