The "Maria" tiny house is located in the Finca Mejias bird sanctuary.
Between the towns of Águilas and Lorca, in the region of Murcia.
Nestled in peaceful natural surroundings with countless stunning panoramic views around every corner!
Hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the tranquility—the choice is yours!
At the finca, you’ll feel far away from it all, yet you’re still just a 15-minute drive from Águilas, where many beaches, restaurants, and shopping options await you.
The “Maria” house is situated on a hill with a stunning panoramic view of the finca’s green hills. With a living area of approximately 45 m², it features two bedrooms, a living room with TV, a bathroom with a massage shower, a kitchen, a washing machine, a terrace with a gas grill, and a carport.
Everything is fully equipped.
Electricity is generated by solar power, and the water comes from a cistern.
The road to the property is NOT paved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended!

You can hike for hours through the green hilly landscape or explore it by mountain bike.

THE CLEANING FEE MUST BE PAID ON-SITE UPON ARRIVAL!
Water is a precious resource in Spain! Our water is delivered by tanker truck from Aguilas to fill our cisterns.
Our electricity is generated using solar energy.
Electrical appliances that consume a lot of electricity are therefore highly undesirable. For this reason, we do not provide hair dryers, coffee makers, microwaves, or air conditioners.
