We didn’t have food at the house the location is just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. Location is very quiet and clean.
The only thing that could be better is the hot water system. The cold water is a lot higher pressure than the hot so when you try to mix the temperature to cool the hot the cold pressure pushes the hot water back through the taps.
