Welcome to the ultimate family fun house! Our stylish and cozy 4-bedroom townhome is where relaxation meets playtime. Whether you’re here for a chill weekend or an epic adventure, we’ve got the perfect pad for you and your crew.
We are only a short walk to get to Charlotte's light rail station with direct access to Uptown, an 8 min drive to either SouthPark Mall or Carolina Place mall. Plus we're only a 4 min drive from the interstate for quick access to all things Charlotte!
The Space:
What Makes Our Home a Blast:
Comfy & Quirky Bedrooms: Four fabulously fun bedrooms, each with its own personality. Sleep like a baby (or at least like someone who doesn’t have one waking them up at 2 AM).
Kid-Approved Fun: Our house is basically a playground with walls! We’ve stocked it with games and activities to keep the kiddos (and let’s be honest, the grown-ups) entertained for hours.
Bathrooms that Wow: With 2.5 bathrooms, there’s no need to fight over who gets to shower first. Plus, they’re updated and fancy, just like you.
Epic Private Deck: Our rear deck is perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening dinners. It’s your own little outdoor paradise—complete with birds chirping, sun shining, and maybe a squirrel or two.
Kitchen with All the Fixins’: Whip up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen. Or, you know, just stare at the appliances while you order takeout—we don’t judge.
Entertainment Central: The living room is where the magic happens—smart TVs, comfy seating, and all around coziness.

The townhome is on the left side of building, address 9115. There is a keypad on the front door
The Neighborhood:
We are only a short walk to get to Charlotte's light rail station with direct access to Uptown, an 8 min drive to either SouthPark Mall or Carolina Place mall. Plus we're only a 4 min drive from the interstate for quick access to all things Charlotte!

My family and I had a trip to the mountains and looked for a place to stay in Charlotte. This was the perfect place to stay. There was everything you could need. Felt like a welcoming home and the host was always attentive when I would text him.

The home was very clean and spacious it is a town home so you have to be aware of the noise but the host was very understanding and great too communicate with and very respectful

Host was wonderful! Communication regarding check in etc…was concise and prompt! Home was lovely and game room was a fantastic extra! Thank you! Would highly recommend!
