The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each of the bedrooms have a stunning modern full bath attached. The living room includes a sofa bed and plenty of room for the roll out full bed for extra guests. Mariner Lakes is a quiet, cozy, gated community offering private deeded beach access, private parking across from the beach entrance, as well as restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within walking distance. Swimming Pool, pickle-ball, tennis and basketball courts, as well as beautiful lakes (for fishing!). 3 smart TV's, stocked pantry, screened patio, board games, beach essentials, pickle ball equipment, basketball, fishing poles and tackle, skim boards, umbrella, grill, and even a nice blender for those cold drinks! Golf cart on premise (reach out for any interest for rental). Centrally located for a short trip to Flora-Bama, the beautiful pass, The Hangout, and the Wharf! The house very clean and located right in the middle of everything. Very convenient location. It was nice to have private access to the beach. It was perfect for a small family. Would rent again.

Jeff and Jen went above and beyond for our trip. They checked on us frequently and had everything we could have needed to get us through -even for the rainy days we had. This place is stunning and quite yet, located close enough to the beaches, shopping, restaurants that we did not even mind the drive. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Jeff and Jen for a much needed rest.

This home has it all!! The home is SO adorable, well maintained, nicely stocked, comfortable mattresses, amazing amenities and super convenient to all the best things in the area. Our family could not have had a more perfect stay! The owner was quick to respond, check in and out was a breeze and you can tell they really care about their guest. We’ll definitely be back!
