This detached vacation home, surrounded by a beautiful jasmine hedge, is located on the outskirts of the fishing village of Wieck. The quiet and idyllic setting ensures pure relaxation. The picturesque harbor, featuring a small swimming area and a barbecue spot, is about a five-minute walk away. The fine-sand beach in Prerow and the unspoiled West Beach are also just a few kilometers away. This vacation home is also an excellent starting point for extended bike rides and walks.
To the Vacation Home
On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find a light-filled living room that, with its maritime decor, cozy sitting area, and pitch pinesolid wood floorboards. The rustic dining area and the comfortable built-in kitchen invite you to cook and socialize. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hallway, and an utility room are also located on the lower level. The upper floor features a bathroom with a tub and toilet, as well as one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. You can also enjoy a small view of the Bodden—from the bathroom and from one of the bedrooms. The many windows throughout the house ensure plenty of natural light and bright, airy rooms.
You’ll have exclusive use of an 800-square-meter lot, from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of expansive meadows. You’ll also have access to a patio with high-quality patio furniture and a parasol, a hammock, and a parking space.
