This newly built half of a vacation home awaits you in a quiet location on the outskirts of town. You can set off on long bike rides right from here—the bike path is practically on your doorstep. It’s about 6 kilometers through the unspoiled Darß Forest to the western beach. Wieck also offers a nice selection of restaurants, a small grocery store with a bakery, and cafés.
About the semi-detached house
On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming, light-filled living area with a cozy seating area by the wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area blend seamlessly into the space, creating an open-concept living area. Adjacent to this is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. The upper floor features a bedroom furnished with a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. The box spring bed is topped with a full-length mattress topper (for a large sheet). An additional guest room offers the option of sleeping up to two people on a sofa bed. A second bathroom with a shower/toilet and underfloor heating, as well as an integrated sauna, provide even more comfort and relaxation.
Two sunny terraces facing south and southwest (with an awning for sun protection) invite you to relax and unwind after an eventful day. With the provided charcoal grill and electric grill, nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening of grilling. A parking space is included with the vacation home.
