The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar.
LIVING ROOM
The living room features comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and plentiful natural light. It leads out to the private balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the breathtaking views.

Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
- Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Fantastic property, location, amenities and rooftop. All true to photos. We will be coming back. Responsive property management company. Highly recommended. Only minor notes for those who care: one bedroom has a firm memory foam mattress and the other a regular mattress. Great internet.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with our friends. We have always stayed on the beach but wanted to try staying downtown. The location was perfect—close to everything.
The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. The porch was fantastic, and the pool was AMAZING!
Llanely was terrific and so helpful with all of our questions.
We will stay again.

My group and myself were SO impressed with our stay! I can’t recommend this place enough! It have all the bells and whistles but the team running the building really made our trip. We can not wait to come back! Note, the hot water takes a minute but who’s in a hurry when your on vaca 😘
