Minutes from the beach, bars and shops, our condo is ideal for couples (with sofa bed for two more). Tucked in the heart of Babilônia, a hotspot in Rio's south zone for adventurous travelers, our flat is your launchpad for exploring the city’s sights. We've poured love into every corner - think bold colors, good vibes and unforgettable memories.
This recently completed residence (March 2025) has been thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday experience.
Access to the property is via a set of two doors with steps in between, ensuring a sense of privacy and security.
Our two-floor apartment, approximately 80 square metres in size, features one double bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, two lounges, and two bathrooms (one on each floor), as well as a patio, viewing deck, and dedicated jacuzzi space.
Accommodating between one to four guests, the apartment includes a sofa bed in the downstairs living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
The serene double bedroom, complete with air conditioning and closet, offers a mesmerising view of the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue atop the mountain.
Both bathrooms are fitted with showers, providing convenience when hosting more guests.
The kitchen comes with modern amenities including a fridge, two-ring gas hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and toaster. All essential cooking facilities, utensils, plates, and cups are readily available.
Each lounge is equipped with a television, and the upstairs welcoming leisure area features a large inflated Lay-Z-Spa hot tub, music system for your entertainment, and generous seating.
The spa, prepared in advance for your stay, offers massage benefits with its powerful jets.

The sunlit upstairs patio includes two sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the rays. Guests are welcome to move the table outside for al fresco dining.
In the evening, climb the stairs to the viewing deck to watch the sunset, enjoy the area’s ambiance, and gaze at the stars.
Our apartment is nestled near the top of the community, about a 10 minute walk uphill from the base. You can reach it on foot or take a moto-taxi to the set of stairs leading to the apartment. From there, it’s roughly 120 steps up—don’t worry, you’ll get used to it quickly!
You can also take a taxi, Uber, or 99p to get as close as possible to the entrance point for the climb.
Going down is, of course, much easier!
We’re ideally located just 7–8 minutes from Leme Beach and about 10 minutes from Copacabana Beach. A scenic walk along the beachfront promenade will take you to Ipanema. Plus, we’re within walking distance of both Rio Sul Shopping Center and the Copacabana shopping district.
Our condo is perfect if you're planning to attend events like concerts on Copacabana Beach. We're in a prime spot for enjoying city shows, football matches, Carnaval festivities, and the spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
We also offer airport transportation and assistance with your luggage at a reasonable cost.
Outside the flat, a large communal area serves as a social hub where children play and locals gather.
On most weekends, live samba music and an outdoor nightclub create a festive atmosphere enjoyed by both tourists and residents. The vibrant neighbourhood maintains a relaxed feel with a subtle security presence.
