Fabulous location in Griffin Town. Communication was extremely challenging......very very slow to respond. Due to poor communication, we weren't sure we were going to be able to check in until a few hours to check-in - very stressful. Unit was not very well maintained but adequate and comfortable. Missing basic items in the kitchen. Place can use a deep clean. Building was great, nice rooftop, great doorman and nice gym.

The location was fantastic. Near bus stops, a metro station, many restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores coffee/pastry shops. Although we greatly enjoyed our stay, we would make a few suggestions to better future renters ease and comfort. Clearer entrance instructions, we were missing codes for front door and terrace. Written/printed instructions ( use of...stove, washer, dryer, A/C, fan in the bathroom..) left on a table would be helpful. More towels, ensure there is sufficient paper products ie: toilet paper, kleenex. Some kitchen items missing were, microwave,dish soap, towels, basic condiments ie: sugar, cooking spray/oil. Perhaps more lights in the bedrooms, only one bedroom had a mirror. The host was attentive and did have the items we requested dropped off. He was good at responding to messages in a timely manner.Again, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend ( gave it a 5 star rate) this apartment in Griffintown for your stay in Montreal.
