The owner is an educator in the healing arts and has designed the home for comfort, rejuvenation and shared experiences. Utilize the plethora of pottery, kitchen wares and linens for your meals at home. The open living plan offers plenty of seating for dining and lounging. There is ample space in this Florida bungalow to spend time together or grab a book off the shelf and cozy up for some much-needed alone time. Relax in the front courtyard with the chiminea at dusk and watch the birds. Enjoy the backyard heated pool and the covered patio with convenient dining and lounge areas. Unwind outside and use the BBQ, smoker and firepit to keep warm.
The master bedroom is bright yet peaceful, has a king bed, plenty of storage, smart tv and access to the covered patio and pool. The comfortable guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has a desk, a double size futon and access to the BBQ patio.
Enjoy this 1600 square foot artisan oasis on a quiet “old Florida” street just a block from the bay and a mile from downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bay Park & Marina.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.
Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.
Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Bohemian Bungalow offers a high quality amenities in a great neighborhood. The beds, furniture, outdoor area, pool, kitchen and bathrooms are all excellent and added to this luxury stay. They provide excellent customer service (Anthony is amazing - answered all our questions quickly and made sure our visit was top notch), excellent accommodations, and a great experience. The location was close to everything, within walking distance to the Bay for a great sunset! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again!

This house has quirky and arty decor. If you are visiting someone at Ringling, this house is perfect. Our niece was able to walk over to spend time with us weekly. The kitchen and house in general was well equipped. The outdoor spaces are small but lovely. The Sapphire Shores provide ample opportunity for walks and runs. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our dogs. We loved Sean and Denise’s decor, especially all of the crystals and the plethora of books. We also really enjoyed the pool and the lanai. We would definitely go back.Sean was thoughtful and attentive and we are very grateful!
