Sleeps up to 6 with two king beds and queen pull-out sofa.

Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, ample closet space, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The guest bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed, generous closet storage, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Downstairs is designed for gathering and convenience. The open living room provides comfortable seating along with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. A convenient half bath is located on the main level, along with a full laundry area for longer stays. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and stocked with cookware, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.
With a functional layout, plenty of storage, and space for everyone to spread out, this home is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for comfort and convenience in a stylish setting.
We do have a ring camera on the exterior front and back door for security purposes.

Wonderful property for two couples to enjoy all the Sarasota has to offer. Within walking distance to downtown and the bay and many restaurants just across the street. Very comfortable beds and seating. Quiet too
