We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it. One thing we would have liked is more kitchen bakeware, but we generally found what we needed. Layout is great--two rooms separate from the master. The pool is modern and very kid-friendly. Overall, a great experience in a quiet building.

We loved staying in this condo. Apart from all the big furniture the house is clean and incredibly comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

This three bedroom unit looked like the photos. It was a good place to stay while visiting friends in the area.
