Welcome to a charming, historic home in a quiet, established neighborhood—perfect for families, visiting alumni, and sports fans. Built in 1957 by an ECU professor and meticulously maintained by just two owners, this house combines classic character with modern comfort.
PLEASE NOTE This house is the lower floor of a flex property. The upstairs has its own private entrance and there is no interaction if another guest has rented the space. Their entrance is through the front door. The upstairs is carpeted and it is unlikely you will hear footsteps.

All the Essentials: Includes a fully stocked kitchen, plush linens, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This unit has two queen beds and bedding for two couches as needed.
Outdoor Space: Unwind outside with an outdoor table and a smoker/grill setup. The fenced backyard is perfect for privacy and keep a pet nearby.
Please note: To respect our wonderful neighbors and preserve the peaceful nature of the area, parties are strictly prohibited. There is a pet fee that is paid at booking if you plan to be accompanied the boss of the family. Lol
