The Location
This modern vacation apartment is located on the southwestern side of the villa complex, on the lower first floor. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Leisure activities such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis center, or the surf school are all within easy walking distance.


Amenities This barrier-free apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and oven. The two bedrooms each have a double bed or a separable double bed; the living area is equipped with a double sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. The terraces are a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun until evening. A beach chair is available on one of the terraces for sunbathing sheltered from the wind.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The apartment is accessible from the outside via a separate entrance. A washing machine and dryer, as well as secure storage for bicycles, are located in the basement of your building and are available for your use free of charge. The complex has an elevator.
