About this villa rental
The detached Villa is located on the exclusive Mediterranean coast of Protaras and is just a few minutes walk from the beach and amenities. This stunning villa is the ultimate holiday getaway. It can accommodate up to 5-6 people and is ideal for families, couples & friends.
The Villa benefits from its own private pool if you are searching for privacy, relaxation or poolside sunbathing.
- Ground floor:
Kitchen, dining room, lounge/ sitting room and downstairs toilet. Air conditioning. USB charging ports.
- Upper floor:
Master double bedroom with en-suite and shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Balconies with great views from both rooms. A family bathroom with shower and WC. Italian marble tiles throughout.
- Outside:
Sunbathing and patio areas for dining alfresco or socializing.
Pool and patio illuminate at night. Property is fully enclosed.

Protaras /Pernera: Protaras is a small tourist village and offers an ideal holiday for families, couples and friends.
Its horse-shoe shape has over 250 establishments ranging from restaurants, tavernas, designer clothes shops, jewellery and souvenir shops. This area is 'The Strip'.
The bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. When dining out, you are spoilt for choice with many good quality venues to choose from: Cypriot, English, Chinese, American, Italian and Fish Bars etc. There is even a McDonald’s & KFC.
Many bars offer entertainment including tribute bands, karaoke or live shows and music. It is not uncommon to be able to see , Adele, Elvis, Rod Stewart, The Blues Brothers, Fire shows and Freddie Mercury all on the same night.
Children are welcome in bars, with some having safe play area's for the little one's.
Pernera has a main 'Strip' which offers the same package but on a smaller scale.

Amenities/Local Attractions: Profit Elias- the Church that sits on top of a rock at 115 m and overlooks the Villa with fantastic views.
Cape Greko- a gigantic rock to explore sea caves.
Fig Tree Bay- famous for its fantastic beach & Sea caves.
Magic Dancing waters- an amazing water and light show.
Protaras Fun Park- crazy golf, dodgems, and toddlers activities.
Boat trips- from Famagusta to the tip of Cape Greko. Free Scuba diving introductory.
Others- quad biking, beach buggies, diving, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, pedalos, horse riding, trampolines, bungee ball, scuba diving and speed boats.
Markets: The local market in Ayia Thekla is held on a Wednesday.
There is also a large market in Oriklini which can be reached by the local bus or taxi.
The Coastline Walkway runs along the coast from Pernera to Protaras to Fig Tree Bay passing beach bars and providing fabulous scenery.
More...: Sailing is offered by the Famagusta District Sailing Club at nearby Ayia Triada next to Kapparis. Catamaran's are on offer. You can also crew.
Dhekella Sailing Club offers RYA sailing.
Horse riding is available at Moonshine Ranch and there is also tuition and hacking at Dhekelia Saddle Club.
The Camel Park at Mazotos on the other side of Larnaca is a very popular day out for the kids.
Paralimni Square for its beautiful Churches, restaurants, bars and shops.
Larnaca is a traditional Cypriot town about 45 min drive. It has a picturesque marina and excellent seafood.
The Capital Nicosia is about 70 min drive away. It has many historic sites of interest, yet the atmosphere is very cosmopolitan with its stylish cafes and chic boutiques.
The Troodos Mountains are 90 min away on the Western side of the island where you will find traditional villages, breathtaking scenery, great walking trails, wineries and skiing in winter.
Protaras and Pernera are quieter during Nov - March but great winter temperatures during the day allow you to take longer walks, sit in sun longer and enjoy local company without too many tourists.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Protaras Beach Villa.The location is perfect, on a lovely quiet complex but within easy walking distance to both Protaras Strip and Pernera, where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, tavernas etc.The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. Although we didn’t cook and chose to eat out at the many restaurants but if self-catering, everything required was available.The outside area has a larger than expected pool (which was great fun, although chilly but this was expected due to the time of year) and 3 seating areas, one of which was upstairs, providing the late afternoon sun.Kimberley has been so helpful throughout the whole booking process, provides a very informative folder within the villa, sent recommendations for restaurants/bars/acts to watch and also provided a lovely welcome pack due to a late arrival, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch.We will definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend to others too.Thank you, Kimberley, for everything.

Villa was lovely. Well equipped. Quite central but being of a certain age we hired a car and went visiting lots of different places. Loved Trinity Beach. Not commercialised and had a lovely taverna for lunch. Even went for a trip to Northern Cyprus which has a different feel but also lovely. Kimberley was very helpful and responds very quickly to any requests.

Lovely villa inside and pool was v nice. Walking distance to beach, Protaras and Pernera. Complex still under development therefore building site noise from 7-4 Monday-Friday was a bit unfortunate. No fault of owner.

Incredibly beautiful time in Protaras. The villa is spaciously furnished and has everything your heart could desire. The private pool saved us during the hot days, and our children played in it for hours.The villa is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Those looking for nightlife can reach it within minutes. Those wanting to explore the various beaches and bays can easily do so from the villa (having your own car is an advantage). However, there are also public buses within walking distance.Kimberley really went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly and generous. We can wholeheartedly recommend her as a host and her accommodation without any reservations.
