About this villa rental
Very nice comfortable villa is perfectly located just 3-5 min walk from the beach and all the amenities.
Villa has everything for a comfortable stay and relaxing holiday for your family and friends
the villa has three bedrooms upstairs, one of them is a master bedroom with a shower bathroom. Another two bedrooms are sharing one family bathroom.
downstairs there is a open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a big size patio with garden furniture, swimming pool and BBQ
There are many restaurants, pubs in the area. A bus stop is near by, from where you can go to the center of Protaras or to Paralimni or Ayia Napa. For children there is water park just cross the road and play grounds in many cafes and restaurants. There is a path along the sea towards the center of Protaras, it will take you only 10-15 min walking. This is the favorite place of walking for tourists and for locals.
There is an allowance of electricity which is included in price, 250 kw per week, the over consumption should be paid extra according the reading of the meter. For long stayers there is a discount on price

Great location, and lovely property. Swimming pool was great, although quite shallow, but would be absolutely brilliant for small children.
The property manager, Irini was wonderful, and very helpful. We had a couple of problems while there, with the Wi-Fi and a toaster. Irini had them both solved in no time, with phone engineers at the property and on the roof fixing the Wi-Fi within the day. Really could not have asked for more.
Just beware, the small estate has a barrier at the entrance, so when you arrive you will likely have to stop at the top of the road and walk to the property to collect the fob for the barrier. It was no big deal, but it is worth knowing.

It was a family retreat for two weeks. We really enjoy our stay, everything was perfect! the restaurants and the sea very close as mentioned. The villa has everything you need even more, that you don't even expect. Thank you, Irina for the wonderful stay! Sure, we'll come back again
