All refurbished apartment, as well as the whole building, is a top floor (5th) with elevator to the penultimate floor (4th), with plenty of natural light, all day sun, front view of the Castle and side to the Tejo River.

This is a fantastic location. We had another place in Lisbon the week before and thought it was good, but this is so close to Praca Commercial and nice to be in a flatter section for coming and going. Sergio was great with communication and met us to introduce us to the apartment. The apartment is just as pictured - not especially modern, older bathroom, and you had to get used to the slanted ceilings- but it was very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. Sergio thought of every kind of supply you would need and even had a bottle of vino Verde there. Washing machine, dishwasher with soaps included, a few spices, nice refrigerator, large smart TV in the bedroom, air conditioning. We enjoyed opening the windows in the evening to hear the musician playing at a nearby restaurant. This was an excellent apartment for the money.

What a beautiful week. Rent this appartement, the location is perfect close to train stations for day trips and all major attractions in Lisbon. Sergio was there for the check in.Thanks for the coffee and the bottle of wine.

The property was exactly as pictured. An unusual layout, but fine. The host sent very detailed explanations of how to reach the place via taxi, metro, driving, etc. he graciously let us check in early and showed us the apartment in detail. This is one of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in. Absolutely everything you need is here, from a selection of bed pillows to kitchen equipment, and everything in between. My favorite was the insane amount of storage in the bedroom- big dresser, walk in closet with SO MANY hangers and a chest of drawers. The host has a lot of experience and listens to feedback, so there is absolutely everything you need. Good location near lots of restaurants, shopping and sights.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped top floor apartment in great location. Just minutes from many of the sights in Lisbon and easy to access public transport for places further out. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores if planning to cook in. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.
