The Space:
This unit has 2 bedrooms. Lakeside master suite with a private bath and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two single beds. Tv's provided in both rooms & the living room. This complex is perfect for a getaway with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and a lakeside boardwalk promenade that covers the entire cove. Located at the 2MM close to lakeside restaurants and entertainment. Provided with your stay is a 12x32 slip and a PWC slip located on the same dock with great cove protection giving easy docking. The kitchen is fully stocked & you have a stocked coffee bar as well.
Guest Access:
At Monarch Cove sign take a right, follow down the hill and take the first road to your left and follow that road around the cove to Building 151.
Parking lot level is 3rd floor with elevator access to 4th floor unit 4E.
