The spectacular view of Lake of the Ozarks will have you wishing you lived here. This condominium is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and has enough room for the whole family to enjoy. This is not a good property for bachelor or bachelorette parties!!! The primary suite has a king bed with private bath and walk out deck to enjoy the beautiful view. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The lakeview living area has a nice sectional and the kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove plus coffee maker, blender and toaster. You just need to bring your beach towels, clothes and groceries. This unit has a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. You'll love the commanding main channel view of Lake of the Ozarks from the spacious lakeside deck. Conveniently located at the 2 mile marker, this condo comes with a BBQ gas grill on the side deck with a dining patio set on the main deck. This complex has 2 outdoor seasonal swimming pools and tennis courts for your enjoyment. The historic Bagnell Dam Strip and Village Marina Boathouse Waterfront Restaurant are just minutes away from this condo complex as well as several of the areas top golf courses! Such a great condo! It was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked. Communication was easy, loved the location. We loved the outdoor space. I have nothing but good to say about this place. WiFi was spotty but hey-we were on vacation so not a big deal. . I’d definitely stay here again!

I am giving only 3 stars for accuracy of listing because it described the condo as sleeping 8 people. This is not true. There is one king bed, one queen bed and a room with 2 twin beds. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch to accommodate the last two. Unfortunately there was no pull-out. I am not sure why it lists it as sleeping 8 people. I had to buy an air mattress after the 1st night to accommodate my last guest.
Other than that issue, the condo was clean and equipped with our needed supplies. It was in a good location for us.

There were a few issues we found with the condo. The ice maker made ice but dispensing of it was iffy. The directions for when you leave talk about shutting off main water valve and the breaker for the hot water, but when you went to complete the task, the valve had a large do not shut valve off tag out sign on it. The breaker box would also not open. The kitchen utensils, baking sheets, frying pans, and sharp knives were difficult to use while cooking. The frying pans are non-stick, and the coating was all cut up and disgusting. The baking sheets were rusty and dirty when we found them. We had to clean a lot of the dishes before using them. The queen bed frame stuck out much farther than the mattress leaving an area dangerous to hit leg/foot on. A pillow was placed by it as not to injure you every time you walked around the bed. We enjoy staying at this condo complex, but this particular condo just needs a little updating in the kitchen. People were very helpful.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay more positive than negative things to say. The only thing that really aggravated us what the fridge was on its last leg and not working properly and we had to put all our groceries into coolers to keep them from going bad I feel as if the fridge should have been running and properly checked a good day or 2 before are arrival maintenance was very nice and brought us a cooler with ice and we were thankful for that, even though it was still kind of a pain without the fridge. Overall we had a fun and relaxing weekend and will recommend this to others and will probably be back in the future to stay again
