About this villa rental
Beautiful villa which enjoys sunshine all day, with views of the mountains of Femes and secluded with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is situated in the peaceful, highly desirable Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca, within walking distance to all amenities. Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home.
The lounge area double doors opens onto a spacious private terrace with large private heated swimming pool (all year round at no extra charge), outside corner sofa, sun loungers, parasol, Canarian BBQ, outside shower, and alfresco dining area.
Internally:
1 double room air conditioning with king size bed, fitted wardrobe and 2 single bedside cabinets and en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower
1 twin bedroom is large in size with two bedside cabinets wardrobe and fan.
1 single bedroom with fitted wardrobe and fan.
All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and black-out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep.
There is a further family bathroom.
The living room has a 55inch Samsung smart TV and WI-FI with 2 large comfortable sofas.
There is a separate dining room with doors leading onto the private terrace area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes electric oven and induction hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and crockery. The tap is a water filter tap attachment providing clean drinking water.
Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, safe and security system.
Free wifi is available for the use of guests.

At Villa Dulce Vista, we didn't miss a thing. The communication with the owner and property manager was perfect, we had a welcome package waiting for us. We welcomed the Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, the heated swimming pool on our February visit was a nice bonus and the kids were thrilled with the billiard. We enjoyed the sun terrace all afternoon. We were very satisfied and would repeat our stay. Happy to recommend this villa further.

Very nice villa. Missing sunscreen in the patio and perhaps curtains in the living room. Also a small table in the living room would have been nice.
