About this house rental
Beach house with contemporary architecture, 400.00 Sqm, located in the condominium Interlagos Park, a high standard residential development with total infrastructure, surrounded by the natural beauty of the North Coast of Bahia, on Estrada do Coco, just 45 minutes from Salvador and 25 minutes from Praia do Forte.
The house is large, airy, arranged on two floors, has 4 bedrooms (4 suites) with clear and integrated spaces.
The property is located just one block from the exclusive Interlagos Beach and borders one of the canals of the Santa Maria Lagoon.
Ideal and recommended for families, the property comfortably sleeps up to three couples with their children. The house is fully furnished, adequately decorated, with new equipment and facilities.
On the Ground Floor - Large social space integrated with double foyer, living room, TV room, toy room, dining area, gourmet balcony with barbecue and brewery, guest toilet, 2 air conditioned suites of Splits type, full kitchen with all utensils and equipment, service area and room for employees with bunk beds and private bathroom.
On the Upper Floor - 2 rooms air conditioned by Splits, one of them being the Master Suite with private balcony and overlooking the lawn.
Externally - Green area with 1. 000 sqm totally wooded and surrounded by coconut trees. The private pool has 80.00 sqm at three depths, highlighting the 18 meter lane and two shallow areas for children and babies.
The pool complements the wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Various leisure options can be enjoyed in the condominium, such as: 6Km of bike path that surrounds the lagoon, panoramic gym, sports court, 3 tennis courts, 1 volleyball court, 2 soccer fields lawns and playgrounds.
In addition to the amenities of the condominium, the house has green grassy and wooded area, tree swing, pogo stick, hammocks and paddle boat for walks on the lagoon.
Games and toys are made available for fun for adults and children.
It is included in the lodging bed linen, table and bath, including extra towels for beach / pool. Some amenities are offered such as: Free Wifi with internet access in all rooms, SKY cable TV, Netflix, outside garden cleaning and pool treatment.
If requested by the Guest, may also be hired a day laborer for the kitchen and housekeeping services.

This was our family’s second time staying in this lovely home and it did not disappoint! Beautifully well-maintained grounds, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the environment. The house has everything you need for a restful vacation and if you do want to venture off the property, it is relatively easy to get Uber to take you into the nearby villages. Would gladly stay here again the next time I’m in Camacari.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood is very safe and people are very nice. The landscape was so peaceful and calming. We were really able to just relax and enjoy. The private beach is very close and We used uber to get around with ease.

This house is absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated to feel warm and inviting. Wall to ceiling windows allowing light and air into the entire space. Wonderful grounds that are well maintained and provide a sense of privacy. So many spaces for entertaining and relaxing. The BEST pool I saw in the entire condominio. The host was very communicative and responsive when needed. The cook was absolutely wonderful and my family were trying to figure out how we could bring them home with us so that we could continue eating the wonderful meals that were prepared everyday! The groundskeeper came by and gave us fresh coconut water from the trees on the property. There is also a restaurant in the condominio that serves good drinks and food. If you are looking for a home that offers you a sense of luxury and escape that is walking distance to the beach, this is the home for you. While taxi/Uber is an option, a car is strongly recommended if you want to venture off of the property and into the surrounding town. Though the bedrooms have superb air-con, the doors and windows of the house are open to allow the breeze to flow into the main areas. This means that insects will find their way into the house, as well as an occasional bird (or two), and lizards. This is part of being in a beach/nature environment and something that you should be aware of and prepared for. With that said, I did not want to leave and cannot wait for another opportunity to stay in this home!
