Imóvel excelente, reformado recentemente, banheiros novos , cozinha super equipada, Roberto atendeu prontamente tudo que pedimos e o caseiro Chico, uma pessoa maravilhosa, não mediu esforços para que nossa estadia fosse tranquila!! Com certeza indico, vale a pena!!

O caseiro Chico muito gente boa adorei conhecê-lo mas realmente não queria incomodá-lo tanto ... realmente entendo que a maresia danifica muito tanto o imóvel quanto os seus pertences mas qdo a gente fecha um acordo onde nos foi passado tudo perfeito é assim que queremos que seja e infelizmente não foi o caso ... sou uma pessoa que me incomodo muito de ter que estar incomodando alguém pelo simples fato de algo que eu acordei e paguei. Depois de uma boa reforma e limpeza principalmente, eu alugaria novamente por conta da localização que e excelente.
