Welcome to Alpha Stays, Goa.
Discover the epitome of Luxury living at our stunning 2BHK, 1st Floor apartment, NO Lift, lavish living room with access to fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and Pool view Balcony, Fast Wi-Fi that caters to all your needs. It is only a five-minute walk from Anjuna beach.
The society has 24/7 security and CCTV cameras are installed everywhere.
It is very closed to famous Restaurants, Clubs and Bars.
The space
*Two AC bedrooms with attached Balconies- Each with a wardrobe, attached bathroom with the master bedroom while the bathroom is right outside for the other room (fitted with hot water geyser).
* AC Living room with sofa set and smart TV, attached with balcony.
*A well equipped open kitchen which gives modern feel, kitchen includes Induction Plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, Water purifier, crockery and basic cookware to prepare meals.
* Special amenities includes Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with iron stand and a inverter.
* Inverter as a power back on which only fans and light will work.
*Free car Parking.
* Located in a gated complex with 24X7 security and CCTV cameras are installed everywhere.
* Society has a Kid's park, Gym and an outdoor 2 common swimming pools.
While, Anjuna and Vagator beaches are 1 km away, Baga (5km) and Calangute (7km) beaches are in close proximity as well. All the popular places in North Goa are 5-7 minutes drive away from the apartment.
*Eating Joints/ Cafes: Bacchus Bar, Cafe & Kitchen (just on the outer side of the society), Burger Factory (400m), Angry Sardar Courtyard (600m), Eva Cafe (1km), Pisco- by the beach (2.9km), Olive Bar (2km)
*Food Trucks and Oxford Arcade super market is just outside the society.
*Party Hubs: Purple Martini (700m), Raeeth (1.5km), Casa Playa (1.7km), Antares Beach Club (1.8km), Titlie (1.9km), Romeo Lane (2km), Hammerz (4.5km)
*Sunset Point: While all the party hubs offer a great sunset, Ozran Beach Hilltop (1km) is one of the most prominent spots for witnessing and living through a mesmerizing sunset.
* Sunburn Festival is only 1.5km away.
Guest access
Guest can access the entire apartment and common areas like swimming pool, Gym, kids playing area and parking.
Swimming pool timings are from 9am to 8pm and can only be access wearing swimming costume.
Outside guests are allowed to visit but not allowed to stay.

Other things to note
1. We will be collecting a security deposit of 5000 INR at the time of check-in or booking . The security deposit will be returned to you at the time of check-out, provided everything is in order.
2. No guests will be permitted to check-in without ID proof.
It's mandatory to submit government ID proof at time of check-in.
4. Housekeeping is done once daily. Sheets and Towels are changed after alternate days on request. The helps come between 10-5 PM. After 5pm, they go home so if you need any assistance, kindly let us know before 5pm.
5. There is NO lift in the society and our apartment is on First Floor.
6. We have Wi-Fi installed which is one of the best in Goa. Overseas guests are suggested to carry your local SIM card with data.
7. Maximum 5 guests including kids are allowed.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but you can smoke in the balconies.
10. We have inverter as a power backup on which only fans and lights will work. No AC, Geyser, Microwave, RO, Washing Machine will work in the absence of electricity. Mostly no one keeps this transparency But we don't do any false commitment. But please note that Goa never faces much power failure.
11. The host is not responsible for long power cuts due to load shedding, natural calamities, repair or maintenance. It happens rarely now in Anjuna. The electricity comes back quickly here....You can call 1912 to get the same updates that We would get. We as a Host are helpless for things that are not in our control and have tried to make the best possible alternate arrangements like an Invertor.
12. Please enter the exact number of guest who will be occupying the apartment. We will only entertain the number of guest that are mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
13. Swimming Pools: There are two outdoor common Swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
14. Kindly read and follow Swimming pool rules before use:
Timings: 9 am - 8 pm
Drinks, Smoking & Food not allowed at the pool, Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool.
Please read and follow the pool and society Rules. Please don't call or get us involved in case of any penalty imposed by the society for not following the rules.
15. Note: If you are planning a Birthday/ Bachelor's Party or Anniversary, please inform us before. Strictly No Sticking of Balloons, inviting outside guests, playing loud music or moving of the furniture.
16. Kindly get in touch at least 2 days prior to your arrival for the exact location & for address you can refer to the direction details on the listing.
17. If you are making a reservation for someone else. Please make sure that you let us know beforehand and that guests staying have read and are aware of all the house rules.
18. Uninformed and Non sanctioned late checkout will be charged as half day rent.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
